I have Observed, Taken care of, and know many so many individuals that have sustained injuries, to their Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual and Environmental Wellness & Wellbeing SELVES.
Most of those injuries happened during Activities where Mindfulness about Self-Care and Self-defense against Self did not occure.
